Terms and Conditions.
By filling out and accepting the form in our booking center you agree to be bound by the conditions that constitute the agreement between Ignacio A. Herrero ortiz (represented by Bike Experiences Lanzarote) and you.

All persons named in this reservation (“participants”) are subject to this agreement. By filling out this form, you affirm that you have made all other participants listed in the reservation aware of the terms and conditions.

These conditions exclude any other terms or conditions unless reflected in the reservation form or otherwise agreed in writing between the parties. Previous agreements between the parties shall not vary these conditions. No modification of these conditions shall be effective unless written and signed by a person authorized by Bike Experiences Lanzarote In these terms and conditions, reference to Bike Experiences Lanzarote means the Guides, their employees, their officers, their agents and other third parties and representatives of Bike Experiences Lanzarote. Ignacio A. Herrero Ortiz (Bike Experiences Lanzarote) with NIF: 16.051.552 – J, is a registered company of guided bike tours, with number: GC001932, and an Active Tourism Company, based and operating within Spain and, as such, governed by Spanish law. All prices and payments must be processed in Euros. You agree that your booking with us shall be, to all intents and purposes, governed by Spanish law and its jurisdiction, regardless of where in the world you reside.

1. Booking and payment:
A. At the time you make a reservation with Bike Experiences Lanzarote, you agree that you will make all reservations in good faith and not for speculative or fraudulent purposes.
B. You consent to our use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
C. You are 18 years of age or older.
D. The reservation will be effective when Bike Experiences Lanzarote receives from you, a duly completed reservation form and a payment of 120€/person (Volcanoes, Ajaches, Volcan Corona, Mala and Famara) and a payment of 150€/person (North to South route) as payment for the route. While we make every effort to provide you with up-to-date information regarding available reservations, availability is subject to change at any time. E. Payment for the route should be made through the reservation center installed on the Web.

2. Health requirements: Our trips are physically active and the demands depend on each itinerary. Therefore, physical and mental fitness are essential for enjoyment and safety on the routes. By agreeing to these Terms, you certify that you do not have any physical impairments or other conditions that may pose a risk to yourself or any other participant or affect third parties.

3. Images and Marketing: You agree that we may use and reproduce images, photos or videos that you send us or that are taken by our guides or other travelers featuring you individually or in a group, in any medium (Internet, print, electronic media…), free of charge, for promotion and publicity worldwide.

4. Reservation changes made by you: If you wish to make changes to your confirmed reservation, you must notify us by e-mail as soon as possible. While we will make every effort to assist you, we cannot guarantee that these changes can be implemented. A change of dates will NOT be treated as a cancellation of the original reservation and will be rebooked to the new dates, in which case cancellation fees will NOT be applied.

5. Cancellation Policy: Si el cliente se ve obligado a cancelar la reserva, debe avisarnos por e-mail a info@bikelanzarote.eu.Una cancelación tendrá efecto desde la fecha en que la notificación sea recibida en Bike Experiences Lanzarote.

The following scale indicates the maximum that can be loaded in each circumstance:
* Cancellation more than 24 hours prior to departure date, 100% of the amount paid will be reimbursed minus management fees.
* Si la cancelación se realiza a menos de 24 horas de antelación a la fecha de salida de la ruta, no se reabonará cantidad alguna

6. Changes and cancellations by us: We start planning the trips we offer several months in advance. Sometimes we have to make changes before or after reservations are confirmed. If we have to make a significant change or cancellation, we will inform you as soon as possible. If there is enough time for the start of the route, we will offer you the following options:
(a) Accept the changes or
(b) Make another trip similar to the original if available (we will reimburse the difference if the amount is less than the original or charge the difference if the amount is more), or
(c) Accept the cancellation. in this case, they will receive a full refund of the amount paid to Bike Experiences Lanzarote.

7. Force Majeure: Unless otherwise stated in these Booking Conditions, we regret that we cannot accept liability or pay any compensation when the performance of our contractual obligations is prevented or affected for any reason, or you suffer any damage, loss or expense of any nature of “Force Majeure”. In these Booking Conditions, “Force Majeure” means any event that we or the suppliers of the services in question could not, even with due care, foresee or avoid. These events include war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, terrorist activity (actual or threatened), industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, fire or all similar events beyond our control or that of the service providers.

8. Data Protection Law: In accordance with the Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data, we inform you that your personal data will be included in a file held by Bike Experiences Lanzarote, in C/Quiroga, no. 1 – Piso 4º Puerta D, Arrecife de Lanzarote 35500 in order to carry out the necessary actions for the proper functioning of the service.
Bike Experiences Lanzarote guarantees the confidentiality of all data provided by customers. In addition to the minimum required by law, the collection and use of this data is carried out under strict security standards to prevent the loss or manipulation of such data.
Acorde con la legislación vigente, todos los clientes de Ignacio A. Herrero Ortiz (Bike Experiences Lanzarote), www.bikelanzarote.eu / www.biketourlanzarote.com you have the right to access, refuse, cancel or oppose your information. In addition, at any time the customer can express his wish NOT to receive any type of advertising. In order to carry out its services in the best way, Bike Experiences Lanzarote requires to give certain customer data (name, address, telephone, etc.) to other companies that collaborate in our services (hotels, cabs, etc.). In any case, the data we provide are only those strictly necessary for the specific task to be carried out.

9. Quejas y Problemas: In case you experience any problem related to your route while enjoying it, you must immediately inform Bike Experiences Lanzarote in writing and provide full details via e-mail within 48 hours. Until we know about the problem or complaint, we cannot assist you. Most problems can be solved quickly.

10. Daños: When you rent material from us, you accept responsibility for any damage or loss to it caused by you, any member of your party or any third party. Full payment for such damage or loss must be paid directly at the time to Bike Experiences Lanzarote or any other supplier. If you fail to do so, you will be responsible for dealing with any consequential claims against us as a result of your actions.
Bike Experiences Lanzarote declines any responsibility in possible moral or material damages that may have been suffered by the participants or other persons before, during or after the activity of Bike Experiences Lanzarote.
The participant becomes the person in charge of the possible damages that may occur or that may be caused to third parties during the course of this activity, leaving Bike Experiences Lanzarote and collaborators free of any responsibility. You should take appropriate and sensible measures to safeguard the equipment.
